High Meadow Miniatures
AMHA/AMHR/PtHA SHOW QUALITY MINIATURE HORSES
Before venturing into the world of Miniatures, we raised Quarter Horses and Paints. Though we have slowly sold all of our breeding stock, we do love trail/mountain riding as well as exstensive arena riding, and so we still own a number of Quarter Horses, Paints and Grade mares and geldings.

Mr. Peppy Raid X Foxy Bar Mount
Peppy is a classy, copper chestnut mare with a pedigree filled with Reining and Cutting bloodlines. She is a great grand daughter of Two time NCHA World Champion Cutting Horse - Mr. San Peppy, Who is also the first horse to win over $100,000 in open cutting competition. Her pedigree also includes Yellow Mount, Leo, Leo San, and Two Eyed Jack. Peppy’s sire was a near carbon copy of Peppy, except palomino instead of chestnut. Peppy’s dam, a classy chestnut tobiano, was one of my favorite broodmares who produced a number of quality foals for us. Peppy is powerfully built, with a huge hip, feminine head, and is very well muscled. Peppy has worked on a ranch all of her life. She is smart, athletic, quick and gets the job done. She is my favorite horse, and her name suits her well; She is very “hot”, like a lot of reining bred horses, with plenty of attitude and is very focused.

Gray Tatonka X Miss Bounding Jo
Frost is a elegant, “white” grey mare that traces back to the foundation stallions; Poco Bueno, and Two Eyed Jack. Her sire was a grey tobiano ranch stallion, and also was a very good jumper. Her dam, was a black Thoughbred mare who was on the race track a few times. Frost is the pasture clown, and is a very sweet mare full of personality. Frost has a nice big eye, pretty face, nice hip, and to top it off, Frost inherited her sire’s jumping capabilities, and is very athletic.

2000 Grade QH Buckskin mare - 14.1 H.

Secret is a beautiful golden buckskin, grade Quarter Horse mare, the only thing she is lacking are her papers. She has a gorgeous face, with big soft eyes, strong hip, and a stocky build. Secret is Amish trained, and has been used extensively for mountain trail riding.

Sequoia is a pretty red bay, grade Quarter Horse mare. She has a very pretty head, with a nice hip, and big pretty eyes. She is green broke, and is coming along nicely. Last year she was used in the feelots, and on the trails a few times. Sequoia is smart, easy to train, and very level headed. She should do very well at a number of things.
2008 APHA Bay dun breeding stock filly
Saddle MT Flick X Leos Prom Miss
Electra is a leggy bay dun APHA breeding stock filly. Both her parents are loud paints, but the only white on this pretty girl is a small crescent star, and a hind sock! Electra’s pedigree includes Doc Bar, Leo, Man O War, Jet Deck, Two Eyed Jack, Yellow Mount, and Three Bars. Her sire is a loud bay dun tobiano that has produced a number of super nice foals, with excellent minds. Electra’s dam is a beautiful palomino overo. I had been hoping for a nice filly to train out of this pair, and Electra is just what I ordered, and my favorite color to top it off! She has a attractive, feminine face, with large soft eyes, nice hip, and legs that go on forever! She should mature approx 15.1 H. 
1997 Grade Black tovero Draft cross gelding - 15.3 H.

Comanche is a very flashy, jet black tovero gelding, he is a grade Draft cross. We think he is most likely a mixture of APHA Paint X Draft of some type. Comanche is truly a "gentle giant", and is a very easy going gelding. He has been used in cowboy movies, trail riding, ponying colts, and also rides double. He has a very smooth trot, and is a blast to ride bareback.

Hobenaro is a adorable little dun tobiano, Fjord cross pony gelding. He is a very sturdy little gelding, with an adorable expression, strong legs, nice hip, and a very smooth trot. He is broke to pack, and we are training him to drive. Watch for photos next year of him under harness! He will make a excellent driving pony!

Jazz is a flashy bright chestnut Quarter horse gelding, with lots of chrome. He is registered but his papers were lost and never kept up to date before we purchased him. Jazz has a nice hip, and a athletic build, with large kind eyes. He was used extensively in Jr. Rodeos, and on the ranch. He ropes, ponies, rides double and knows leg aids.
1990 Grade Bay dun Thoughbred cross gelding - 15.3 H.

Cajun is a lanky bay dun gelding, with leg barring, shoulder stripes, and a thick dorsal. He is a grade Thoughbred, or Thoughbred cross gelding, we assume. He is nearly 20 years old, but you would never guess it by riding him. Cajun has been used in gymkanahs, drill teams, on the ranch, and for trail riding.

Black Jack is a lean black grade Missouri Fox Trotter gelding. He has been used primarely for Gymkanahs and trail riding. Black Jack is gaited, and very smooth to ride. He has a attractive face, slender build, and a nice hip.
Red Sonnys World X Poco Lucky Breeze
Shotgun is a very flashy chestnut overo gelding, with a large blaze, one blue eye, and splashy markings. His pedigree inlcudes many greats, such as Sonny Dee Bar, Norfleet, and two crosses to Poco Bueno. Shotgun has been used for trail riding, lessons, and 4-H. He is very easy going, and versatile. Shotgum has a beautiful head, kind eye, and a nice hip.

Buckshot is a muscular chestnut gelding with a wide blaze, huge heartgirth, big hip, pretty face and stocky build. His pedigree is packed with some of the best bloodlines out there; Impressive, Leo, Poco, Doc Bar to name a few! Buckshot has been used on the ranch, on hunting trips and trail rides.

Ruger is our newest addition, he is a handsome copper chestnut gelding with a cute face and gentle disposition. He was used for many years as a ranch horse and is fun to ride.
