High Meadow Miniatures

We have selected quality mares that we feel will cross well with our stallions, based on their conformation, movement and bloodlines. A few of our mares have also been very successful in the showring, including one winning the prestigous AMHR Reserve National Champion title! Many of our mares have produced foals that have gone onto be Top Tens, Grand Champions and Reserve Champions! Our mares' bloodlines consist of many of some of the best lines, such as Boones Little Buckeroo, Alvaders Double Destiny, L.K Buckeroo Dream, L.K Robobuck, L.K Buck Echo, L.K Beau Buckeroo and Orion Light Vant Huttenest.

All of our mares either carry the pinto, dun or cream gene with the exception of three, all bay based. The majority of our mares are double registered with AMHA & AMHR, though we do have a few single registered with AMHR and PtHA. All of our AMHA registered mares have been DNA-d and several are PQ-d as well.

Kachina carries multiple pinto patterns; Tobiano, Sabino and Splash/Frame Overo! She is in foal to Minis R Us Zippity Doo Dah, a cremello tovero FWF Little Blue Boy bred stallion for a 2010 foal.

Heiress's sire is a HOF Stallion, and she is also a double bred grandaughter of Flying W Drummer Boy Of Kamelot who is a three time superior sire! Heiress is also featured in Pat Elder's “Outstanding Miniature Mares Past & Present”. Heiress is in foal to Running Creeks Destinys Buckaroo, an Alvader Double Destiny grandson, for a 2010 foal.

Delight looks black, but has been genetically tested bay, with one agoui gene (A/a), homozygous black and LWO n/n. She also carries the Splash Overo gene. Delight is in foal to Minis R Us Zippity Doo Dah, a cremello tovero with FWF Little Blue Boy lines, for a 2010 smokey black or buckskin foal! Peaches is leggy, with a long hooky neck and fabulous motion. She is in foal to Minis R Us Zippity Doo Dah, a cremello tovero with FWF Little Blue Boy lines, for a 2010 foal

Rose was my very first miniature horse and holds a special place in my heart, her parentage and breeders are unknown, but she has a beautiful face with a huge moving trot and plently of attitude. Rose will be PtHA hardshipped this fall, as she is too tall for AMHA. Her registered name will be HMM Red Mountain Rose, in honour of the mountain that sits behind our farm, known as Red Mountain. Rose has been bred to Minis R Us Zippity Doo Dah,  a cremello tovero with FWF Little Blue Boy lines, for a 2010 palomino or palomino pinto foal

She will be hardshipped into AMHA & AMHR next spring! She will be bred to Little Kings Buck O for a 2011 foal.

Savannah has a royal pedigree, chock full of champions. Her grandsires are Boones Little Buckeroos Golden Toy, a son of Buckeroo, and Sieverts Little Rascal, a son of Wittmaaks Mickey Mouse! Savannah has five crosses to Buckeroo, and seven to Gold Melody Boy! Her full brother is a Supreme Halter champion, and has multiple Grands and Reserves with limited showing. Savannah will mature close to 33".

Miracle is a vibrant palomino tovero filly, she was my keeper of the 2008 foals, she is very upheaded and refined, with long legs, nice hip, hooky neck and tippy ears. She looks like a tiny Arabian, with her dishy face, and prancing trot. She is a very light palomino pinto, so unless freshly clipped or bathed, she looks white. Miracle's bloodlines include Double O Seven And A Half Moto and Ohios Little White Lilly. She stands 29" at 9 months old and will mature approx 33.5".

Elegance is a ultra refined, Arab type filly with a caliber pedigree. She was our keeper of the 2009 foals. Her grandsire is Sheep Meadow Whiz, a multiple National Champion! Elegance also is a great grandaughter of Little Kings Buck Echo, and is triple bred Gold Melody Boy! Elegance measures 25.5" at 6 months old, and will mature close to 33.25".
